This remodeling of the administration offices of the local school system was completed in five phases.  Close coordination between the contractor, owner and architect sought to minimize the disruption to their operation. It included the roof, masonry restoration, structural concrete repair and cladding. Interior remodeling included work on all floors. A new conference room and office facilities were added.
