Kitchen Facility for production of three meals per day for 90,000 students in 148 schools. Ingredients and materials are stored in a 30,000 SF storage facility including a 13,000 SF, 20 foot high freezer/refrigerator.  The meals are prepared in the kitchen facility and distributed through a truck dock serving 13 loading spaces.  Included are a catering kitchen, offices, employee and auxillary spaces.
